Now remove the frame you said, then wet the sandpaper and do not need to sand more than 2 times over, if you sand more, scratch marks will deepen, the purpose here is to make fine capillary scratches so that the paint does not throw away. then wash the ingredients well and wait until it dries well. Once the material is dry, pass it over with a can of spray once and wait for the paint to dry, you can apply another layer of paint if you wish.
