Our vehicle was a 306 Gti with BEHR system. Our process requires some professionalism, so I will not go into too much detail. First of all, let's remove the ignition key and separate the battery.
Yes, let's take a look at where to start:

We will have to disassemble the center console. One screw on each side:

2 screws on the back

2 nuts under the gearshift in the middle.

Image we removed the center console:

3 torx screws and just under 10mm. the nut is waiting for us.

We Are Removing The Radio

2 x 8mm in the radio socket. the nut is waiting for us.

Vee airbag

We remove the torx bolt from the steering hub. We separate the lower covers and the instrument panel from 3 screws.

we remove the bolts holding the steering column bearing

We unscrew the console clock by removing it from the 2 screws.

We dismantle the heating panel and disconnect the electrical connectors.

On the far left and right side, we hold 2 bolts on the main body and we remove them.

There is a bolt hidden in the tape slot. This bolt is holding the main body, so let's take it off

Yes, it's time for our outside jobs. 3 nuts holding the main body under the wiper panel are waiting for us

Now we can completely separate the main body from the chassis. Please pay attention to electrical cables

Our heating radiator is waiting for us in the middle. We separate the hoses from the outside. 2 in total 10mm. Our radiator is waiting for us under the plastic cover fastened with bolts and one torx screw.

Hello there,

In my 94 model 306 XR, hot air only gives the face, I think the wire wasted on the console. Can I do this with my own means. My windows make awesome mist and my road view drops a lot.
