306 fans not running fast

hello, I am having a fan problem in my 306 1.6 car, the car turns on the 1st level fans on time, but in cases where the fan needs to accelerate (air conditioning is on and the temperature is above 100), it continues to rotate slowly. When I unplug the fan switch, it turns slowly and then fast as it should. I changed the fan switch because I thought the fault was caused by the fan switch, but nothing changed. I can't turn on the air conditioner right now or if I force the car a little, the temperature is based on 110 because the fans don't work fast. I unplugged the customer, that's how I get on.
