306 different rim diameters

Friends I bought Peugeot 1998 306 griffe vehicle. Only 3 wheels use 15 inches 195 50 15 tires. One of them has 14 inch wheels. If I install a wheel on this 14 rim, can I balance it with other wheels? Can you help me?

I don't think any tire size will hold that size on the road. Certainly, the negative or plus equivalence is broken.

Compared to 195 50 R15
195 55 R14 - 1%
195 60 R14 + 2.3%

It can be used but I will not recommend it if you are not in a difficult situation ..

Tire and Rim sizes must be exactly the same. Even the old new tire difference poses big problems. All kinds of accidents cause trouble such a negligence .. reminds you that the only thing that comes into contact with the road you are on is a tire, I wish you trouble-free riding.
