306 blows air over the oil cap

hello friends yesterday when i opened the oil cover on the engine in my car yesterday i noticed that it was blowing air while working & nbsp; i dont know is it normal it is not normal at all separate issue & nbsp; I would appreciate it if friends who have an idea why they are doing this help ....
