Hello friends,
301 16HP 92 BG Alure vehicle I bought in November 2012 has an irritating humming noise in the gearbox between 60-100 km. div>
2-) The clutch is pressed in the vehicle and it can be in 1st gear or 2.3.4.5. Press the accelerator pedal as much as you want. In reverse gear, it is over 1500 rpm.
& nbsp;
301 friends should pay attention to these two issues. The speed does not go up in having limits & nbsp; It stems. I went to the service and called at the center. But I do not understand what the limit is in these periods. If you are on a steeply steep ramp, the car air conditioner is open and it creates a serious problem. So whenever the vehicle wants it, you can go and wait for the pleasure of the pasha. I did not understand how this one million km road test with 120 years experience. I guess they had someone test it out of the car.

I know that Cüneyt Bey is doing the limit incident while the vehicle is stationary.
We had the Scudo room where the vehicle stopped, it would not exceed 2000 rpm.

No, not only when the vehicle is stationary, but on the move, you have the same problem. Especially if you need to get up suddenly during the departure, then there is a serious problem.

Other friends who use the 301 deal with this issue and if they report to peugeot, this problem is taken into consideration by the manufacturer and resolved more quickly.

I do not think that they put a limiter so that the speed does not increase when idle, but the new vehicle will not be obvious after all. No, if we change my gearbox, it is very important to say that there is no gearbox oil in the vehicle when it comes to warranty or something.

If the cycle reaches over 2000s after withdrawing from the clutch; I wonder if it could be deliberate adjusted to save fuel?

No problem when you are in Bosta, the limiter comes into play when you shift into gear Indeed, it should be an idle limiter, after 5000-6000 cycles, it is normal for the limit limiter to be activated, but the limit in the aforementioned cycles when I shift into gear is very ridiculous. After pulling out from the clutch, the speed rises, but what happens after that time is going to work, this time it takes a long time for the vehicle's speed to rise and roll up.

I looked at the transmission problem forms, there is also a complaint in other users, the vehicle was 16,000 km, 15,000 km maintenance was just done, and the service detected the audio problem in its own test vehicle & nbsp; and they know the subject. If there was no oil in the gearbox, I think it would have been already a transmission kit for 16,000 km.

we have 3 of this vehicle, the others have the same problem. There is no usage mode in the vehicle. I think you are talking about modes like Eco - Comfort - Sport or sport plus. I have been actively driving for about 20 years and I have used many brands of vehicles and I have a good knowledge of both vehicles and mechanics as well as bodywork, and we are constantly doing new projects directly with the main manufacturers of automobiles, especially about the engine, so I say something like that first I see it once and I can not understand its logic

Mustafa Bey, you said that you tried it. You try it in idle. Hold down the clutch and engage 1st gear, press the accelerator pedal all the way down, put it in reverse, then press the gas pedal all the way down, and you will understand better what I mean.

[QUOTE = cuneyt_demirhan] mustafa bey, you say you tried it, you try it in idle if you are trying idle then the limitor does not come into play. Hold down the clutch and engage 1st gear, press the accelerator pedal to the end, then shift into reverse and then press the accelerator to the end, you will know better what I mean. [/ QUOTE]

I did not say I tried. & nbsp; My tool 407 is automatic. I just said that it could have been adjusted so as to save fuel. & Nbsp;

I have read that the gearbox sound problem is solved by adding gearbox oil

The peugeot 301 is a vehicle that should be considered ten times while buying a diesel vehicle. The most problematic fleet you have received in my company is 301. The problem is endless bad quality vehicle. Problematic dampers are the smallest problem. If you decide to use the vehicle, you will live with the gearbox sound that becomes chronic after 45,000 km. I do not exaggerate. I do not even hear this sound from 94 gearboxes, which I decided to keep as classic. We never experienced this problem in the same segment cıtroen. The poor quality balls used in the clutch group probably cause this sound. Anyone who will never say the wind noise knows the issue. What an engineering that is not capable of selling the vehicle to 100,000 TL and not even isolating it. My interviews did not give any results. I say that there is sound in the transmission, the service says normal. So it is normal says competent friend. The authority is self-confident friends approach to the solution. I am suing tomorrow. I will share all the developments from here. With the experience I gained in the case I have won, I will end this case soon. Another precedent is coming to be announced to the authorized friends:) Do not call after the expert report is issued.
