301 tire recommendation - Peugeot Wheel Tire Selection

Can you recommend a tire for my Peugeot 301 active model car? I live in Istanbul and I come and go weekly or 2 weeks (Departure-arrival is about 60 km from 120 km). It seems that the tires are too soft, as a part of the road in my house (about half a kilometer) is a gravel road or a rough road (very small part of it is soil). Because I go to the university almost every 8 km every day.

Do you think I will not buy a tire for 4 seasons? Or should I buy separately as a winter and summer tire? Which brand and model should be the last?

If you are going to get in your car for a long time, my teacher is the best to buy summer and winter but if you say I will sell it in 2 years, a tire in 4 seasons will work. As a brand, I am completely budget-friendly, but I do not recommend petlas counterparts because it does not cause any problems in the first season, making people miserable in their second and third seasons. it may be necessary to exceed the budget.
