Hello, I bought my second-hand car last year, a 2017 1.6 BlueHDI EAT6 Allure Elegance, and I can't operate the trunk electronics while the car is running. When the car isn't running, I can start the trunk with the key, in-car button, trunk button, and foot sensor without any problems, but when I start the engine, I can't open the trunk. The trunk lock releases itself, and after a few seconds, it beeps 3 times and then stops without closing. I went to an authorized and private service center for a preliminary inspection, but the technicians who inspected the car said this is the first time they've seen such a thing and that they will need to inspect the car for a few days. I don't understand why the car, which functions flawlessly when it's not running, won't open when it's running. The technicians said that this could cost up to +20,000 TL. The trunk kit is available online for between 14-16k :D. If anyone has experienced or heard of this problem, or has even the slightest idea how to solve it, I would appreciate any help.
