Hello My name is Serkan

I have the 2010 model premium pack 3008, I can say that I am satisfied with everything in my vehicle. However, there is a problem I have recently encountered. When I enter the police or go on a rough road, the steering wheel sounds soft, and the steering wheel shakes as if it was wasted.

1- When I drive the car on the asphalt road, there is no problem.
2- There is no sound or stutter when I turn the steering wheel
3- No left or right pull when I leave the steering wheel on straight road
4- I made a rot balance,

I showed it to the master, he said the steering wheel immediately, but I think it will not be out of the box due to the 3 items I mentioned above, I would like you to share your valuable ideas and experiences.

Best regards...

Hello, I joined you two months ago by purchasing the 2010 model hdi premium pack 3008. I am very satisfied with the vehicle, but I had a problem with the sound coming from the steering wheel you live in.
- on the rough and vibrating road, through the bumps (parquet or stabilized road), there was a lacquer ... and clicks from the steering wheel. not on asphalt ...
- when the vehicle was stationary and still not running, when the steering wheel was turned to the left and right, the sounds of the same lak-loke sounded like ...
- When the vehicle was not running, it was giggling slightly when it shook the steering wheel tightly, roughly a little to the left and right without gripping the steering wheel ...
- I also saw that when the steering wheel height and depth adjustment lever was released, there was a lot of clearance in the steering wheel ...
With these complaints, I took the path of the service and said that the service could be ball joints and we did not change much ... then a few masters looked at the steering box ... .and sprayed with silicone lubricant on the lower and upper parts of the steering column and the steering depth and height adjustment part and played with the depth and height adjustment (due to the sound of hitting the left and right in the space of depth and height adjustment), the sound has now decreased considerably and the sound has been very disturbed for 1 week. sounds less deeply ... solved this way we will see what happens next
