Hello, I joined you in 2010 with HDI auoto6r 65000 km and 3008 vehicles 2 months ago. For the last 3-4 days, when starting first and moving to reverse gear, or in 1st and 2nd gear, a pronounced vibration from the gas pedal has started ... sometimes the gear shifts to stop moving from the 2nd gear to the 1st gear automatically while the brake pedal has the same vibration. What do you think is the reason?

Does the vehicle have a robotic transmission?

What do you think is the solution and the estimated cost

Since it is not fully automatic, it seems likely that the printing is due to the lining

Today, the service was examined by going to the service, test driving was done, trials were made while driving, the pressure pad is normal, the brake pads are normal, the brake front discs have a normal level of wear, but there is some grainy wear. No problem was seen, no intervention was made in the service except for the car exterior washing, but the interesting thing is not doing right now ... we will see it in the future ... if it does, the software update and the gearbox training was mentioned if necessary ... there is no need for now ...

It stems from the battery. I had the same problem. I had the battery measured. I changed output with low voltage. I had a 12 V 75 A battery installed. The problem was solved instantly. No shaking, no shaking.

After my detailed researches, I was told that the problem was caused by the gearbox and that the problem could be solved with the gearbox exercise and calibration ... I got detailed information from the private service and the authorized service in the army province that had been training the gearbox for 2 days ... they stated, saying
1) When the engine is cold, it must be connected to the computer in a stopped state and necessary determinations must be made (pressure pad level, grip process / duration according to gear shifts, transmission characteristics, heating degree, etc.), if necessary, update the software and make the 2nd adaptation process.
2) In case of a cruise, it is necessary to update and adapt as the friends describe above, but by connecting to the computer, determining the characteristics of the transmission in idle and idle situations ...

In this regard, I got a price from both services ... special service 100TL- authorized service 130TL ... I preferred the authorized service too ... I left the car to the service at 9.00 in the morning and received the car at 17.00 the same day, and the result is excellent ... the process has been successful ... while suggesting / thinking about replacing the pad (approx. 1800TL print pad change), we are evaluating the problem solved with the practice and adaptation for now. no shaking and powerlessness - gear shifts while driving are more smooth, noiseless and at reasonable speeds - vibration and knocking on the accelerator pedal at the first and forward start-up is minimally reasonable ... vehicle movements are comfortable as if the vehicle is relaxed ... noise and shaking in motion are considerably reduced ...
In this type of auto6R etc. gearboxes, the masters stated that according to the driving environment, characteristics and wear of the press pad, it will be beneficial to perform this calibration every 30,000 km on average ... as the last option, they recommended full replacement of the pads.
