Hello there,
I have a 3008 2010 premium pack 1.6 Hdi (110) Auto6R em. A new engine was installed in my vehicle. All authorized and private tests were carried out. Injector settings as well. All the problematic parts have been replaced. The cooling system was also renewed. The transmission is also. The brain is reprogrammed. The performance of the vehicle is very good. Regeneration was also performed for the particle filter. However, emission system failure warning lamp flashes after a certain period of time. And only when I press a lot of gas does it produce a black smoke. Do you have any advice? Also, is there an Expert Master that you would recommend in Istanbul on 3008 2010?

Hello, the reason for this may be related to fuel, hodja. The turbochargers have to be checked, the injectors are ultimately overhauled. and one egr valve was cleaned.

Hello there. Sorry for my late reply. I was on duty. Egr valve has also been renewed. Could it be a particle filter?

My teacher usually gives a warning if the dpf fluid runs out. I think they would see them when they look at the device in the service again, you have another check. can.

I am going to check the particle filter and the dpf liquid at the same time.

Hello there. The particle filter was clean. and half of the dpf fluid was stopping. The EGr valve has been disconnected from incompatibility Master in General. He said that the new egr valve should be installed and adapted. They said 4 000 TL mercury costs would be .... Also they said they pierced the serum bag ... Special services would delete the faults and do this operation ...

It is the first time I hear the incompatibility of egr valve, it either breaks down or clogs. 4000 TL flew, originally 1000-1500 TL, teacher. If the serum bag had a hole, the dpf fluid would have run out. that bag is very expensive, so many users cancel it in the industry and close it from the system. Is there any harm to the engine, only emission values are rising to reduce environmental pollution.

If you show the injectors in a good place, they do it guaranteed.
