208 Radio Deletion

2018 model 208 1.2 Puretech does not show any radio channels in my car. All channels in memory have been deleted. I also cannot select channels manually. It doesn't show anything. It was smooth yesterday. There was a problem today. I bought the screen to factory settings or something, but unfortunately again the same way. Does anyone have information?
