Hello friends, I have a clubman with an r55 n14 engine. A while ago we installed an open air filter. The car became much more comfortable and its fuel consumption decreased. Why did I write this? It has been 1.5 years since I bought the car and I have not done anything except 4 spark plugs and an open air filter. Let's get to the point. I set off and after 50 km the car malfunction light came on. Since I have an OBD device, I went in and checked and it was showing catalytic converter and 1st oxygen sensor faults. I deleted it and continued. Finally, whenever the car warmed up, that is, after 30-40 km, it started to lose power and misfire. And today, it started doing it without me having to drive that long or warm up. So, whatever is broken is over. ☺ I got in with my mechanic friend and he said it could be the camshaft sensor. Actually, I thought it was the catalytic converter, but he decided it wasn't, but we haven't tried it yet. The car has an atmospheric 1.6 207 vti engine. Does anyone have any ideas? We'll start with the camshaft sensor. Actually, I used to drive a little. The fault code was different in another car but the situation is the same. That friend solved the problem this way. I'm attaching the screenshot from the OBD device.
