207 starting problem

Hello friends, I have 207 1.6 hdi, there is a problem in the car, the starter press goes and the electricity goes and goes. It works when I try again but it is still not comfortable as if the starter dynamo is locked, it has something that catches my attention. it works when i try it when the car is cold, it works one time by the way, the battery is new.
