207 Fuel Spending And Speed

Friends; I have a Peugeot 207 1.4 70 hp hdi vehicle, I bought a 2011 model zero and the car is still at 3300 km.
I use my fuel consumption average in urban 6.4, and a maximum of 820 km with a fuel diesel.
I had no chance to try it outside the city. It is normal.

I was able to reach a maximum speed of 130 km / h in the flat area while at 3000 rpm on the ring road. I did not knowingly go over 3000 cycles. is normal according to engine speed. In which period the maximum speed is 166 in the vehicle manual. I would appreciate if we can compare with someone with the same vehicle or share your experiences.

When my car starts for the first time in the morning it blows a lot of bluish smoke. (instantaneous, not continuous, but beating) is normal. The service said it was normal, but I don't know, I know that blue smoke is a dive to burn fat.

You can build 820 km in the city with a 50-liter tank, it burns very normal vehicles. I was able to build 950 km of warehouse in 60 liters of city.

I think your vehicle 307 will write 6.2 lt in the technical specifications of your vehicle.
It says it burned 5.7lt in the city in 207 technical specifications in my vehicle.
is it normal in comparison?

Max speed is slow :)

I think my normal friend has no problem in his vehicle and the weather increases cold fuel and this will fall even more in summer.
