206 xs passenger seat Problem

I have a 2003 model 206 xs vehicle;

My problem is that the passenger seat does not lie forward, there is no problem towards the back. I went to the upholsterer, but this closed mechanism said we can't interfere with it. I went to the abc plaza last weekend for service maintenance, they only wanted 1095TL for their skeleton. There is no 206 xs single door scrap on the market. I will be crazy. If such a problem happened to you, how did you solve the problem?
