206 XR 1.4 (2000 model) fuel problem and LPG

When I first bought my friends car, the fuel was 25 cents per km in the city. I couldn't find a smart repairman in terms of tuning ... I think LPG. What happens when I get stuck? Is there any fuel forecasting?
