206 X-line problem

hello guys first. I joined the new peugeuth family. My vehicle is 1.4 HDI diesel 206 X-line. I press the throttle in 4th gear, the speed starts to increase and the car starts shaking when the turbo is engaged. as if the vehicle wants to go, but it prevents this power from going. I would be glad if you could help.
