I didn't see a lot of gasoline overflowing from the floor in the video. It usually overflows from the filling place etc. This also happens when the vent hose is clogged. It's most likely the same for you. I suggest you look at the tank vent hose. I suggest you check the link below. |

Brother but gasoline is flowing out as seen in the videos. In fact, when you look carefully, something gray suddenly appears in the white cover of the float, and then gasoline flows from the sides. I bought 35 liters once, and the tank is 49 liters. I bought 35 liters, same problem. Then 29 liters overflowed again, this time. So if you look carefully, it seems like there is another problem..

Has that white cap changed with the float?

Exactly, the gasket oring float has been changed completely, the master has made a good compression and it is flowing again.

If the white plastic has changed, it is overflowing. Because of the ventilation. But do you still look at where the white plastic came from first? Maybe one of the pipes that the hose was attached to cracked while putting it on. Do you have a picture of where it first came from?

I saw that it gives from the bottom of the pump socket. I think you should remove that socket and check. There should also be a gasket on the part that goes into the white plastic. I'm talking about the inside. It's not the socket side on the outside of the white cover, it's just on the back.

I checked there, but the socket you mentioned is not there. They are what you see in the video. There's gas on that white float cap when the car shakes. I'm wiping the gasoline. Then I drive the car and see that there is still gas. I wonder where it is smuggling.

It comes from inside the socket. Pull out the electrical socket. There are metal pins where the socket is plugged in, escaping from the bottom of it. The reason is this. There should be a gasket on the incoming part of the electrical cable socket, and when there is no gasket, it gives out. I also had the same problem. I applied a liquid gasket and plugged the socket. It's a temporary solution, but it works. |

Friends. I changed the fuel tank, the cap where the float enters the tank was licked, so he missed it.. There is no problem right now.. Fuel consumption is outside the city. I have traveled 2700 km between 55 and 60 kuruş, with 1500 TL of gasoline.. I haven't made any calculations in the city yet..
