I experienced the same malfunction in the old 206m, because the fan resistance was broken, it was not engaged in the first stage. When the temperature came to 110, the 2nd stage was activated.

If you can not drain the water with the Samet sponge, remove the screw at the place where we take the air, empty it a little later, then attach it. Overfilling will necessarily be a problem, I think when this is too much compression.
