206 Tape Code Problem - 206

Hello friends. My vehicle is 2000 model 206 xr. Tape requests a code. I researched a bit on the internet. I found a program but it's hard to say it works very well. When I turn on the tape right now, ERROR 3 appears on the screen and it remains so. I don't know how long he has to wait. I removed the tape, took a picture of the label on the top and right edge.
