We cut the springs so that the front of the vehicle would be flat, it was a very nice sight, but when it enters the pit, it makes a sound as if the springs come out and sit again. How can I solve this.

As for your problem, I don't know how many links the spring has cut, but the shock absorber shaft may be hitting the bottom since the stretching share is less.
