206 Sound coming at first start !!!

I noticed today, when I first started the car in the morning, the sound of the vehicle is cracking between the right-hand front wheel and the electric flap, it takes 4-5 seconds and then cuts off.

Ball of starter motor is scattered or about to disperse

What is the problem?

I had the opportunity to take it to the repair shop yesterday when it was cold, it was not important to do it until the exhaust warmed up.
