206 rear wiper hose

Hello, good day, I purchased a 2005 model 206 XT last month. I'm generally happy with my car. I've been trying to fix many of the issues myself since I bought it. Now, let's get to the point I'd like to ask you about. The rear wiper works, but when I activate the water removal feature, it drips water from the right rear wheel to the ground. The hose has broken from where the trunk is and has run into the fender. I want to replace this hose and reactivate the water removal feature. How can I replace the hose that goes inside the fender? Do I need to disconnect it from the wheel itself, or is there another way I can access the hose from inside the vehicle? I've done a lot of research but haven't found a solution. If anyone has experienced this problem and found a solution, I'd be very grateful for your help. Thanks in advance for the forum.

Hello, the 3rd brake light has two bolts. If you unscrew them, you can replace the hose.
