206 rear column removal

hello guys one of the columns behind is broken i guess & nbsp; When I turn the sound on, the sound on the right is coming out, how do I remove them? Not like the front ones, I'll have to completely remove the flooring of the door, but I would be happy if anybody knows how to help. Thanks in advance :)

only the speakers of the rear containers are riveted, not screwed

Exactly, I inserted it with no screws, but it happened to me.
