I know where the bleeder plug is, but can you explain in detail how to remove it? Does the car have to be running or does the radiator cap have to be open?

With the vehicle running, loosen the air bleed plug slightly. Air will flow first, then wait until water flows, then close it. It's actually better to try again after opening the thermostat, but you run the risk of serious burns. This is because hot water is flowing, and the rubber plug softens under the influence of the hot water. Note: Do this with the expansion tank cap closed.

While the vehicle is running, slightly loosen the bleeder plug. Air comes in first, then close it immediately after water. It's actually better to try again after opening the thermostat, but you run the risk of serious burns. This is because hot water is coming in, and the plastic plug softens from the heat. Note: Perform these operations with the expansion tank cap closed.

Hi everyone, I can't start a topic in the forum and I get the error "Server Error in Forum ApplicationAn error has occurred while writing to the database. Please contact the Forum Administrator. Support Error Code:- err_mySQL_save_new_post_dataFile Name:- new_post.aspForum Version:- 12.05". Sorry for posting here since it's the last topic. As for my problem, I have a 2000 model 206 s16 gti. The information screen is completely faded. I asked a few places but they said it cannot be repaired. It's a Jaeger version with 2 lines and 4 bulbs. I couldn't add the photos to the site but anyone who knows knows. Where can I find it as second hand/new? Or can you direct me to a place that can repair it or repair it? I removed the information screen and I have it. I am in Mersin. If anyone knows, I can almost ship it to you. Thanks for your help in advance.

When I try to comment, I get an error message. I tried several times but failed. What exactly is the problem?
