Hilar206 1.4 xline 2004 My vehicle has a temperature problem or an electronic problem, the temperature goes from 90 to 120 suddenly and falls back to 90, there is no problem with the radiator hoses and the recirculation and temperature sensor. They found no problem anywhere. I would like to thank everyone in advance, dear forum members who will provide helpful information.

If the temperature rises suddenly and warns and then returns to normal, do not tamper with anywhere. The problem is caused by the fan relay. Remove the place where the Peugeot emblem is, there is a box-like place next to the radiator. There are two green fan roles inside. Either it has made oxide or the thick cable entering the relay is broken. Even though the cable looks solid sometimes, it makes oxide from the inside and breaks. The following symptoms occur in the fan relay failure. When the temperature is normal, it is based on red and stop is written. When there is no reaction from the echo relay, it kind of disables the role and sends electricity directly to the fan. 2. The fan runs at the last setting and the temperature drops. 3. This vicious cycle continues like this. talip2062020-09-08 23:20:19

Please do not confuse the brain or anything, you can check it if your hand is good. If not, tell an auto electrician. Watch out for the cable issue, the thick cable may look solid from the outside and break due to oxide inside. Let me give a link will help. However, the master had expressed a bit wrong and said that the 1st and 2nd stage fans turn on the role. There are two green roles, one is the fan and the other is the air conditioner role. What sets the stage is not the role but the fan resistance. Other than that, useful video. The cable I mentioned broke in Videoda. It's a chronic problem so.https: //m.youtube.com/watch? I watched the video, just the same problem, without turning on the low fan. It turns on the high fan directly. As soon as the fan turns on, the temperature rises to 120 and the temperature drops to 90 again when the fan turns off. The same problem. thanks
