206 or fog electrical connection?

I will install the fog on the bumper without fog lamp; (I WILL USE XENON)
But there is fog in the rear bumper and it burns on the arm but;
If the headlights are on, the lights are on while the parks are on the arm, the fog is not burning.
Would it be appropriate if I take the electricity from the cable of the parks, or the cables will remain weak, where can I get the electricity?

If you are going to burn directly, do not tamper with the installation, you will burn the bsa, you can solve this work with the help of accumulative meter cable, button, fuse and relay directly from the battery.
