Hi friends. The tachometer wheels of my instrument panel are broken, I opened it to do it and after a few tests, my tacho clock is working now .. I made the tacho clock at the same time, I made the pictures and descriptions; Bottomless Parking Bulb, Soldering gun, Hot silicone gun, Thin Screwdriver Set, You can easily remove the front chest part to remove the Instrument Panel, the top cover comes out with a slight force, then the torch wrench holds the indicator with a single screw. With a thin screwdriver, we recover these parts and remove the white panel by pulling it from the body towards us. In the failure part, we remove the needle in the front part by applying a little force towards us and without damaging it with the thin screwdriver. Then we will remove the engine on the back. There are 2 impellers, 1 spring and 1 magnet motor. With a thin screwdriver, we open the inside by loosening the edges and loosening the ears. As seen in the picture, there is a white and green impeller and there is an impeller in the middle of the magnet motor. When collecting back, the spring has a slot in the middle, it is easier to take a sample by looking at the engine of the speedometer, you will see how it is positioned on the green wheel. then we attach the white wheel, then we close the magnet motor and the cover. I detached the LED led parking bulbs from the body and attached it to the panel with a hot silicone gun. The light is left behind in my experiment here. I glue it from the front to get more light. After sticking it to the front part, it remains to solder it from the back. without forgetting, I just went to the vehicle with the circuit and plugged in the sockets and fixed the poles since there was no measuring instrument. which one is burning in which direction I tested and glued the leds, then only solder remains. After soldering, we only check the circuit and plug the sockets and check whether it is burning and the result .. And Final .. Our tachometer is working and our indicator is Led Lighting .. But then I canceled the led operation. The reason is that although some parts are not obvious in the picture, some parts are very bright and some parts are a bit darker for some reason. I hope I helped friends whose indicator has deteriorated .. tigerland2014-12-04 12:55:05

Good job, but I want to ask something. LEDs are white, but why does it look yellow when you put on your dial? "Shocked"

I think it is necessary to use a new template to make it burn white, or there is orange foil in the middle of the show.

I think it is necessary to use a new template to make it burn white or there is orange foil in the middle of the show. When it is canceled, it will be white when it is led but it does not look nice & nbsp; [/ QUOTE]
and I think it strikes the eye directly and becomes very disturbing new template How do we apply this because I learned to disassemble my car's dial and I am thinking of changing the lamps and making it white on me, but when I see that it is burning orange, my appetite is closed, frankly :) I need to handle this :)

Nice work. In my previous articles, I wrote in the 206s that these and similar problems arise from the cark or that transparent part, just as you mentioned. In your article, I could not find a part about wheel repair. How did you repair which part? Did you replace it with a new one? & Nbsp;

I had not inserted the tachometer before, I have not inserted the wheels, there is a transparent cube where the wheels are completely broken and I did not stick, I placed the same size in the old size and then I placed it there. I tested the spinning spring and magnetized mechanism afterwards, did not work, then re-inserted it and tried again, that is, the plastic with the green wheel attached was broken,
