Friends 2004 206 hdi, my car started in the morning, the starter was pressed, the engine was shaking but it was not working. But at first it seemed to have recovered, then in 4th and 5th gear the vehicle started to shake and stop and the malfunction lamp turned on.
We went and connected it to the machine, the crankshaft sensor malfunction and the air intake sensor malfunction appeared. We just replaced the crankshaft sensor. There was no stopping on the road, but an hour after stopping the car and it does not work again in the morning. engine running.
I'm sorry I told you very confused, but I'm tired of going to industry now.
I am still calling out to the masters and experienced friends.

Hello, the part you said is manual pumping, you mentioned that you have changed this part of the vehicle, if there is a check valve on this system and this system was canceled when a new one was installed, it may be going back to the diesel tank.
In addition, the air remaining in the system should be discharged by itself after the vehicle starts, if there is an air that is not discharged, you can evacuate from the appropriate places and apply fuel to the system with a manual pump.
In order to find out whether this problem is due to fuel supply or not, before starting the ignition, when we open the contact and wait for the operation 2-3 times in succession, we find that the problem arises when the vehicle starts.
I had used 206 two years ago, I do not remember the system, in general, every diesel vehicle has the same structure.

I think if there is a leg by pressing air from the diesel tank.

I did the event you said, worked the vehicle. As you said, I suppose the fuel supply is supposed to be exactly how we will solve this problem. I am tired now.

The problem is solved. There is no problem when replacing the diesel filter with the original. For those who encounter such a problem, the check valve in the sub-industry diesel filter quickly deteriorates.

Yes, you are right. At low speeds, the traction has improved and I will renew the clutch then my vehicle will not stay in place anymore. Thanks for your interest to everyone ...
