I think yes I would recommend movil1 5 30 ceya 5 40 but if you say it will be castrol, 5 40 is more suitable

Use 10w40 instead of 5w30 is better. I have 307 1.4 hdi in me. I haven't used any other oil than 10w40 castrol for 7 years and I'm very pleased.

Depending on the mileage of the vehicle, I recommend wolf 5/30 or 10/40 as the original service oil.

i think 206 is no longer a low-mileage car because there is no need for fine oil 10w40 is good

friends, if the owner of the subject is not sorry, let me ask a question about this subject. My 2006 model 121000 km diesel 206 vehicle was changed last month due to the gearbox problem, but it seems to be gradual when shifting to 1st and 3rd gear. I paid attention to the gearbox, after the repair process, something like a big pump barrel that put oil from the same place to everyone. I do not know the same for every vehicle, but a master who knows said, let's change the gearbox oil again. He suggested 75/90 but I don't know how many liters our gearboxes take. 1 liter products are sold everywhere I searched a lot on the internet but I did not find exact information. There are always automatic transmission issues. My vehicle is diesel manual.

your car is not available in euro4 and 68 hp plus DPF. So 10/40 mobile is sufficient. So I think it would be unnecessary to put 5/30,

I think total quartz 10/40 is enough.

If Ahmet has 5w 30 in his book, you can both relax and try it and go get 4 lt total 5w30 ineo. 10w 40, give enough 30 40 tl more I think you will give once a year not a horse and camel. There are many differences between 10w 40 and 5w 30, most importantly, how many seconds of full lubrication during the first cold start. 5w 30 8 seconds 10w 40 28 seconds I think it was on the toyota site. 95% of the wear of the engine parts occurred at the first start. I put motul the previous time I returned again to the totale. So, as the nation wrote, I put this brand, the car's traction has increased, there is no tell me, it's all a story. I have been driving for 35 years without interruption. My experience is in this direction. Try to get the oil filter absolutely original. The result is 5w 30 oil for most current model vehicles. Let me resurrect the topic, there is no 240.000 km oil reduction for Peugeot 206 1.4 hdi, which oil would you recommend, I am using liqui moly 5w30 4200 top tec now

If you are going to change because of liqui moly price. You can switch to suitable oils of the same viscosity. It is more suitable for total price.

Yes, I asked because the price is expensive, I wondered what the friends on the forum use or something 😁
