Bend iron hanger rod with shock absorber pads were the parts that gave me the same trouble. My zero vehicle (2010 206+) did the same problem, even I had a subject, there was a folding steering column for safety at the time of the accident, there is a place that loosens on the shaft as described, they squeezed it. kindly our cars are kind. :)
