206 GTI Strange sound from the bottom of the engine

When I drive my car at 3000+ cycles, there is a buzzing sound as if the front wheel balls are scattered. then when the vehicle presses the gas at idle, the same sound is heard. I asked the master, he said, he's coming from the lower beds. Why do you think he made this sound? How can I solve it. Thanks for your help in advance.

The exhaust is not a complete new catalyst. the car gives the same sound when pressing the gas at neutral position.
