206 gear shifts sound problem

My 206 car's click on the vides passes all the sounds of the 206's I change the gears without starting the car, I couldn't solve this sound, will we fix it?

No need for 1st gear ... If the push to the root of the clutch does not go through at the first attempt, take it back to the clutch again and the second time will go back into gear.

I have read that the sound is removed with 70-80 castrol oil. In a place, my car also has the same sound.
