206 Gasoline smell

Hi friends, I have a problem of gasoline smell in my 206 1.4 XT vehicle. When I fill the tank halfway or fill it up, there is an incredible odor. What is the reason I am waiting for your help?

If there is odor when the windows are closed, it is from the float under the back seat, if the windows are open, check the tank cover or the tank is pierced.

The smell comes when the windows are closed. If the problem is in the float, is there any need to change it?

Lift the seat there, check the top of the float, do you have moisture or something, there is a plastic cover on it, if it has moved, try to replace it.

As you said, I put the plastic cover under the seat out of place and let's see what happens.

I do not have a plastic cover under the seat, closed with styrofoam, but there is a smell of gasoline in between. I could not find this plastic piece.

If not, it would be best to cut out a plastic.
