206 front disc replacement

Hello, I have a Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI. my front discs are not air cooled. Does it fit the calipers if I get it from the air cooled discs or does it have to change in the caliper?

It does not fit, brake centers are narrow. You have to replace it completely. I did so, I had a brembo max air duct disc, I bought a complete caliper and brake center from the extractor.
