206 creaking noises

When my friends vehicle flexes forward and back, there is a squeaking sound. Especially very prominent in 1st gear. For example, I engage in 1st gear and take off and when I take my foot out of the gas, the vehicle flexes forward and sounds. same again when you press the gas again. Could it be from the engine?

I couldn't fully understand it, but it could also be from the belt.
