what is a crank filter and what does it do .... Those who use an open air filter are given information on how to use a crank filter ... < br> Where is the 2004 model quicksilver in the crank filter ... anybody know

I don't think there is a crank filter on Quicksilver. Just like that, it is attached to the hose. The name is PCV (positive crank ventilation). In performance vehicles, it provides the oil to be drained from the steam coming from that hose. If you want to use the oil again, there are separate apparatus for it. I think their names are called oil evaporation tanks. I don't know what your goal is, but I don't think you can make any profit in both cases. |
