Especially when putting into 1st gear, the gear stick goes up and does not shift to any gear. The gearshift protector does not have a problem with the gear plastic, everything is reset. Why is the bidet going through difficulty while shifting back into gear?

I have no idea about the stick coming out, but the gear shifts are bony and sometimes not fit properly
