206 automatic speed problem please help

Hi friends, I bought an automatic gear 206 in the 2000 model 140 thousand. This is my first car. It seems as if there is no problem with speed and speed up to 3rd gear, but it does not get over 3000 speeds on straight road after 4th gear.
