206 also the front voice

In my 206 vehicle, a loud noise sounds like the metal driver hitting the metal or a screw loosened. we lifted the car on the fiber. Does anyone have knowledge or guesses about what it might be about?

I think the same sound comes from me, it sounds like it comes from the axles, it sounds like it usually does not always come when I press the throttle in the second gear, but it does not always come, but it comes when I force the dewri for too much when I get out of the bay.
