206+ air conditioner / fan does not blow

2011 206+ my car's air conditioner and fan are not blowing 4. While working at the 4th stage, it stopped suddenly and it does not work anymore. What should I do?

When opening ventilation, suddenly bringing it to the 3rd or 4th stage or turning off suddenly, the signs are damaged.

First, check the fuses.
