206 1.4 hdi low idle speed

My car is 2005 model 206 1.4 hdi. my problem is that the idle speed dropped from around 900 to around 700 by itself while stopping at red recently, there is no vibration, low traction, late start, no fluctuation in speed. Even in cold weather, it works at a single start and stays at 700, but at idle speed. Connected to the computer, there is no error. Are any of you experiencing this problem? Thanks in advance.

Probably because the weather is cold, sir. The vehicle adjusts itself automatically as the engine temperature rises. follow it like this, did it change according to the engine temperature.

Thanks for the response. It's not much different when it's first started, so it's not that different when the engine is cold. I throw it, if the engine is running at 700 rpm when it's hot, it's around 730 when it's cold, there's very little play.
