206 1.4 HDI new engine problem

Hello friends, I bought a new engine from Ankara abroad because of the piston welding of my 206 1.4 HDI car. When I came to Zonguldak, I noticed that everything about the engine is the same but the fuel pump is different. The engine I bought is probably a higher model. All the sensor inputs are all the same. Only the stop switch location on the pump is different. We pressed Start but it couldn't start. I have the old engine. I showed it to the brain shop and he says I need the original brain of the engine. The old engine doesn't have a pump for this. That's what the engine shop said. How should I follow?
