2019 Allure Package-CarPlay Issue

Hello forum members. My car is 2019 Allure 1.5 Diesel automatic. I am constantly having trouble disconnecting from carplay in my vehicle. I tried with different cables. I tried it with its original cable. After working normally for the first 15-20 minutes, the connection is broken. Then, when I remove and plug the cable, it works again. Then, after working for 5 minutes at most, there are constant breaks. Has anyone happened to it? How can we solve the problem? Thank you from now
