2016 model 2008 1.2 puretech oil reduction problem

Hello, I bought my 2016 model 2008 1.2 Puretech with 46,000 km on the clock in June last year. At 48,000 km, I had a general maintenance and oil change at the Bursa authorized service center in Şançelik. After about 3,500 km, around 51,700 km, the "Adjust the engine oil level" warning appeared. When I went back to Şançelik, they added 1.5 liters of oil. They said things like, "The car has a 1.2 engine, three cylinders, and these models consume some oil," etc. It didn't make sense to me that a car with a 15,000 km oil change interval would consume 1.5 liters of oil in 3,500 km. Now, the car is giving me another oil warning at 53,850 km, so I took it to a private service center. They said there was a 1 liter oil level and added it. So, I had to add another 1 liter of oil at 2,000 km. The service I took to today said that there's an engine-valve mismatch in this model of vehicle, and that Peugeot hasn't acknowledged the error and issued a recall, meaning it's a manufacturing issue. Could I get some advice from anyone with knowledge on this? (Also, the service I took to today said that the vehicle came to them with a misfire problem at 10,000 km. Şançelik didn't take any action under warranty (I don't know if it's an issue outside the warranty period or not), but they came to them because they wanted to charge a high fee. They fixed the problem, but the oil consumption wasn't a problem at the time.)

I bought the same car new, I added 0.75 liters of oil at 3750 km, I couldn't talk to the mechanic in detail, I will write when I get information when I go back, if anyone finds a solution, I would be happy if they write.
