2012 308 bluetooth lockup - 308 (2008-2013)

Friends are locking my original bluetooth once in a while.

For example, I made a phone call and when I make another call, it says the name of the person I am calling on the screen, but there is no operation.

When I turn the car off and on, it says radio channel but there is no sound.
