2011 ABOUT 508 Crankcase Protection Plate

There is something I want to consult you about. I own a 2011 508. I need the crankcase protection plate. But I supplied the sheet metal. I bought it physically from the parts dealer and did not bring it from the internet.

When the master placed the sheet metal, the place where the bolts were on the front did not coincide. The bolt connection part on the sheet metal part is left behind. The master said that there must be a piece of ear piece there, and there is no that piece in my vehicle. During the assembly, I saw that the location of the bolt and connection points was different. My question is what is the name of the piece called ear? I searched the internet and couldn't come across that piece.
