About 10 days ago, due to heavy rain, I entered the water up to the level of the headlight. I continued without any problems. 3 days later the battery ran out and I changed it. After 2 or 3 days after changing the battery, I started to experience problems such as shaking and knocking in all gear shifts. There are no very severe knocks, but still the transitions are noticeable. It was said that it could be from the battery and I had calibration. The problem was not solved. Later, the software on it was deleted and the software was installed again. There is no fault record for the brain either. The last resort I was told to go to the gearbox master. The vehicle is at 114 thousand km. Fully automatic transmission. Is there a situation I missed? If I go to the gearbox, how much will it cost? I would like your valuable opinions and help.

Hello, teacher. If it happens after the water has entered, I would first remove the sockets of the vehicle to the transmission and clean it with a contact spray. If you go to the gearbox, he probably says to change the gearbox oil first. The room costs around 1500 TL, no revision lesson, they can charge between 5000-7000 TL.

Thank you very much for the answer. I got prices between 12,500 and 18,000 TL. They said that there was no water in the transmission oil. They say we can't say anything clearly without turning on the gearbox and looking at it. Isn't it strange that when they connect it to the computer, it does not give any fault codes?

Honestly, I have never heard of you who are so easily troubled by your gearboxes. I think there may be an electrical problem. It passes as eat6, by the way, your gearboxonerkyl2021-01-12 10:29:36

Do you think a solution can be found without removing the gearbox? Is it possible that the sockets that go to the gearbox you mentioned above will fail due to the battery change?

[QUOTE = sonerkyl] I have never heard of any trouble with your gearbox, honestly, teacher. I think there may be an electrical problem. It goes as eat6 by the way, your gearbox [/ QUOTE]

They said the problem is the transmission brain, sir. It was the Af40 transmission brain.
They said about 7000 thousand TL.
Is there any place you can suggest?
I could not find it in the site you wrote above.

There was a problem in the hydraulic block and we supplied the part for 7,000 TL.
We will give 1000 TL to the gearbox, it looks like we will handle it for a total of TL 8.000.
I will write it again for information after part replacement.

Hello,
Did you solve your problem? What has been done? Can I get information?

The hydraulic block has changed.
If you say that it was before the failure, it did not come.
(Maybe the block was not defective, the transmission oil change would be sufficient, I still have this doubt)
There is not a very serious shaking knock in gear shifts. However,
Sometimes there is a slight knock when falling from 4 to 3, from 3 to 2nd gear.
I think there may be a problem with the transmission.
I am unsure about turning on the transmission.
If anyone has an idea, I can get it.

Wherever your place is in Istanbul, there is an atco gearbox. If you want a show. I think don't let it open and poke it for the little problem
