2010 ghost screen problem

My problem is that the 2010 1.6 hdi 3008, which I bought 2 days ago, does not display when the mirrored screen is working from the chest.

1) The screen goes up and it descends but the speed or other information is not visible, why?

2) I am an expert in machine electricity and electronics, but I did not touch it because it is a equipment that I do not know, I wonder if I need to disassemble it myself? Is it easy to disassemble?
